Nadia Moore is the Co-founder of Hot Yoga Studios. She is from Claremorris, Co. Mayo in the West of Ireland. She worked in the corporate sector in Dublin for several years & as she was seeking more fulfillment in her life she relocated to London in 2007 to study a BSc in Psychology at Roehampton University. In 2010, she began to practice Bikram Yoga in London and learned about the countless emotional, mental & physical benefits of yoga. After completing her studies in 2010, she researched the Irish Yoga market & subsequently set up Hot Yoga Studios in 2012 in Dublin, where the main focus was to offer heated classes, workshops & healing therapies. She traveled to Thailand in 2017 & trained in Samma Karuna, Koh Phangan. In search of further inspiration & self-development, she traveled to India in 2019.

Nadia is profoundly passionate about the study of Ayurveda which is an ancient Indian healing system. She completed an Ayurvedic Specialist training with Yoga International in 2020 and also attended Ayurvedic courses with Dr. Donn Brennan & Dr. Rajvinder Kaur from the Irish Ayurvedic Centre, Dublin. She also trained in Samma Karuna, Koh Phangan, Thailand & completed further training with Kino McGregor, Josh Summers & Dr. Lucy Weir. Nadia is the Teacher Training Coordinator of the Training School and teaches the Introduction to Ayurveda module and Chanting workshops on the Yoga Teacher Training courses.
