About the course
Join our School Founder Sophie, for this Free 4 week Beginners Vinyasa Flow Yoga Course where we will cover all the fundamentals of yoga, from postures to breathwork to meditation and mindfulness with an introduction to yoga philosophy. Learn how to flow through Sun Salutations A & B and feel energised and revitalised after practice. There is no better time to practice to help reduce stress and anxiety during lockdown. Find calm & peace of mind by bringing this practice into your life.
The course takes place live online on Zoom on Tuesday evenings from 6.30pm to 8pm.
Who is this for?
This course is for anyone new to yoga or those that are already practicing and wish to expand their knowledge on yoga & meditation. The recommended materials for this event include:
- meditation cushion
- pen/paper (or notebook)
