Forever Strong: Arm Balance Intelligence 10am to 12pm
Arm Balance Intelligence – A combination of scapular and bent elbow strength poses. On the first day of this workshop, students will learn the proper muscles to engage during plank pose. This is beneficial for strengthening the muscles that are essential for the inversions and arm balances that will be taught. After establishing a strong foundation, we will work our way into arm balances, and preparation for one arm balances. Students will learn the techniques needed to transition from one arm balance to another fluidly.
Forever Strong: Inversion breakdowns 1.30pm to 3.30pm
Inversion breakdowns – In the afternoon we will jump right into inversions. Students will be given the proper technique needed to master headstand, handstand and four arm stand. Students will not only learn the technique but also tools so that they can feel comfortable and confident upside down. We will work our way into the press handstand.

Forever Strong: Back bend progression workshop
Back bend progression-On the second day we will work on back bends. Students will learn different variations of back bends and how to perform them safely. Students will be given the tools and techniques to safely invert their back bends. This day will give students more confidence in their ability to safely attempt new and advanced back bends.

Carson Calhoun’s Bio:
A self-described “Handstand-Up Comedian”, Carson combines his
love for being upside-down with his natural ability to make people
laugh. His classes encourage students to push their limits and
explore their edge, while maintaining a playful attitude. In every
class, you can be sure to break a sweat, learn something new, and
leave with a smile on your face.
Monday 24th September 7.30pm to 9.30pm Handstands with Friends
Bring a friend with you for an afternoon of upside-down fun!
In this workshop, we will cover the basics of balancing on your
hands and getting upside-down. The focus will be on developing the fundamentals to safely and confidently practice crow pose,
headstands, and handstands. This workshop is perfect for
beginner/intermediate students who want to advance their practice,
and also for more advanced students and teachers who want to learn
new teaching techniques. €60 covers you and your friend or €35 for
a solo ticket.
Tuesday 25th September 7.30pm to 9.30pm Arm Balances and Inversions
In this workshop, we will dive deeper into the trickier elements of
inverting: handstand pressing, floating in sun salutations,
transitioning in and out of arm balances, and many more drills to
take with you to your home practice. Prerequisites: a comfortable
crow pose, some experience upside-down.

Get Your Feet Up — my masterclass, with lots of arm balances and fun
A fun vinyasa flow class designed to get your feet up off the mat — that means lots of arm balances and inversions! With variations for everyone from arm balance beginners to the expert, we will move through a fun sequence of transitions and balances that will get the whole body involved.
Inversions In Motion
A workshop for handstand newbies as well as seasoned hand-balancers, which will explore some of the many transitions to and from a handstand. Building from a strong foundation, we will move through a fun array of transitions and balances, using different muscle groups to get the whole body involved as we grow our hand-standing practice.
