Terms and Conditions of Membership
Full payment for all classes is required prior to participation in the class. Fees paid are according to the selected membership type.Hot Yoga Studios reserves the right to change the prices of the Memberships. Any price changes will be previously announced through memo, website and/or via e-mail.
Members may attend classes according to the type of membership purchased.Hot Yoga Studios Membership Card: an attendance card that is strictly personal and non-transferable, which will be provided to members upon signing up classes.Members are required to present their Membership Card prior to class. The Membership Card will be stamped for class that has been attended.Members are not allowed to class if the membership subscription has expired or all the entitled classes have been attended. However, Member still can pay a fee for per class session, otherwise to renew the subscription. The expiry date or validity period can be found on the Membership Card.No refund will be given nor free replacement class for any unused classes or classes being forfeited after the card expiration dateIt is advised not to eat later than 2 hours prior to a yoga class.
In any case, do not practice yoga on a full stomach. Please drink plenty of water before and after the class to keep hydrated.Do show considerations to others by switching your mobile off or in silent mode prior to class and avoid conversation during class. Please arrive 10 – 15 minutes before the scheduled time of class to sign-in and prepare for class.Members are requested to wear comfortable clothing which appropriate to the practice of yoga. Members are to be barefoot while practicing yoga.Bring your own mat for hygiene purposes. If you do not have your own mat, one can be rented at the studio.
Personal belongings are brought into the studio premises at the member’s own risk and Hot Yoga Studios does not accept liability for any loss or damage whatsoever to such items.The current class schedule is published at the website and hard copy can be obtained from the reception area.
Hot Yoga Studios reserves the right to change the class schedule at any time. Any changes, in as far as possible, will be previously announced through memo, at the website and/or via e-mail.Hot Yoga Studios reserves the right to cancel a scheduled yoga class, or to change the yoga teacher as mentioned in the schedule.Hot Yoga Studios will be closed on every Sunday before a bank holiday.
Members can terminate a current Membership at any time. However, no fees will be refunded.
Hot Yoga Studios shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damages in connection with taking yoga classes at Hot Yoga Studios.By taking a yoga class at Hot Yoga Studios, the Student accepts the risk of injury.
Hot Yoga Studios offers the following guidelines to diminish the risk of injury:
Consult with a physician when you are not sure you are completely healthy, or if you are pregnant, before starting to take yoga classes.- If you have an injury, or other physical issue, inform the yoga teacher thereof before you start your yoga class. Listen to and follow the instructions of the yoga teacher.- Be secure when exercising yoga and listen to your physical limitations. Stop doing any poses that you feel painful. Ask questions when you do not understand an exercise. Don’t practice inversions when you are menstruating.
Hot Yoga Studios collects personal data of the Students in order to keep a file of its members, for the exercising of payment orders, the administration of issued membership cards and to keep the students informed about Hot Yoga Studios activities, and possible changes in, e.g., the class schedule.Without prior written consent, Hot Yoga Studios will never transfer any personal data of the students to a third party.
Hot Yoga Studios may change these conditions from time to time. The current and valid version is always provided at the Website. Hot Yoga Studios will also announce possible changes through memo, website and/or via e-mail.
